Install instructions

FOR WINDOWS:
-Install FGI Tool.exe
-Start .exe file
FOR LINUX/MACOS:
-have python installed
-install needed modules
-launch main.py (tool only GUI, code needs modife of the code to
make it no GUI/TUI.)
